This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile application distributed via the Apple App Store and other platforms.

• Identification Documents: If required for verification purposes (e.g., for coaches or tournament organizers)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifiers
• Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, clicks, search queries, and features used
• Location Data: We may collect approximate or precise location data (if enabled by the user) to help match you with nearby courts, tournaments, and players. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: Tracking data for user preferences and analytics

• Third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics)
• Other users (e.g., when they tag you in tournaments or send messages)

We currently do not process payments directly within the Application.

Users may be required to send payments outside the platform and upload proof of payment for verification. We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial account credentials.

Users are advised not to include sensitive financial information (such as full account numbers or passwords) when submitting payment proof.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

We do not track users across third-party apps and websites for advertising without consent. Where required, we will request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods depend on the data type and purpose:

• Account Data: Retained while active and for 2 years after account closure
• Transaction Data: Retained for up to 5 years
• Uploaded Files (including payment proof): Retained as needed for verification and legal compliance
• Analytics Data: Aggregated data retained indefinitely; personal-level data removed after 1 year

11. Children's Privacy

Our Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately. For users between 13–18, parental consent is required.

16. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the following methods:

Upon deletion:

• Your personal data (such as name, email, and contact information) will be permanently removed or anonymized.
• Certain non-personal data, such as match history, tournament results, and rankings, may be retained in anonymized form to preserve the integrity of the platform.
• Any data retained will no longer be associated with you as an identifiable individual.
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

Deletion requests are processed within 14 days.

17. Sign in with Apple

If you use Sign in with Apple, we may receive limited data such as your name and email address. You may choose to hide your email, in which case Apple may provide a relay email address instead.

We only collect the minimum information necessary for authentication purposes.
